Here at LSB we regularly take on work experience placements from local schools and colleges. It’s important that we do our part to help young people and trainee electricians gain knowledge and on-site experience.

This is Byron who spent a week with us on a work placement from Brockenhurst College.

He experienced new skills by shadowing and assisting our senior sparky, Dave on site.

From cable clipping, to route planning, drilling, setting out for downlights and reading off plans; he’s really excelled himself and impressed our team with his politeness, punctuality and willingness to learn… he has a bright future ahead as an electrician ️

Our sparky Dave says he couldn’t fault him, he’s been a real asset to the team.
